This is an herbal blend of;

-California Poppy- May help promote REM sleep, and relaxation.
-Hops- May help with insomnia and restless sleepers.
-Chamomile- Thought to help calm the body and mind.
-Sage- May help ease insomnia.
-Lavender- Thought to help calm and relax your mind and body.
-Peppermint- May help relax muscles and ease tension.
Each pouch comes with 1.5 oz of loose leaf tea. I recommend adding 2-3 tsp per serving, depending on how strong you like it. Add a little bit of honey or sugar and let yourself unwind!
