-Alfalfa- rich in vitamins and minerals, it assists in helping heal the pelvic area, and in tissue repair.

-Raspberry Leaf- a natural astringent and great at helping to reduce inflammation.
-Chamomile- soothing to both the skin, and provides a soothing scent.
For a sitz bath, add one cup of the soak to 2 quarts boiling water, and remove from heat. Let it steep for 15-20 minutes, strain, and add to your bathwater.
